How To Build Up Your Dental Clientele
If you live in a part of the country that's really saturated with dental professionals and you just started your own office, you may be a little bit concerned about how you can build up your clientele. Unlike other businesses where everything that you do can be marketed online, when it comes to something a little bit more medically based, there are other, more effective ways that you can get new clients to come in through the door.
Offer Family Packages
If you get entire families to come and be your patients, then you are automatically going to build up your clientele without having to do additional marketing. Try creating family packages that offer families really good deals if they have even more people. For instance, you can do a package that costs a couple hundred dollars per year and that covers exams and cleanings for a family of four. Then, any additional family member that they add on will only cost somewhere around $75.
Offer Referral Programs
Once you start getting several families in through the door, tell them that they can get a discount on their next cleaning if they refer friends or family members and they all sign up. Referral programs are a great incentive for your current clients to inform other people about your dental office and all of the services that you have to offer. Just make sure that if you have one person that does all of the referrals, you either cap out how may discounts you offer them (so that they don't get everything for free) or you offer them an incentive that's less costly on your end.
Create A Website
Another thing that you want to do is make sure that you have a really good and easy-to-use website for everyone to look at. On your website, you can include a variety of things like small biographies of the doctors and staff members, a list of services, your location, your contact information, and even a blog if you want to. Just make sure that if you do run a blog, you post on it on a regular basis so that there is always something new and captivating for people to read.
These are just a few of the things that you can do to hopefully get a client base that will stick around with you for years and years to come.
