Colony Shopping District is an open air virtual mall just one block off the Traffic Way exit of Highway 101 in sunny Atascadero, California. Located as it is on California's Central Coast, Colony Shopping District is the most convenient stop for travelers between the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. It is a perfect stop off point to refresh and spend few minutes browsing the boutiques and galleries.

Colony Mall is a concept of personalized, service-oriented merchants and restaurateurs conveniently located within a two block area. Park, relax, grab a bite to eat, stretch out the travel kinks while browsing the jewelry stores, boutiques, gift shops and galleries. Since most of the shops are owner-operated, you will be attended to by knowledgeable and friendly people who take pride in their unique establishments!

To find the Colony Shopping District, take the Atascadero Traffic Way exit off of Highway 101, and turn east at the base of the exit ramp - toward the Carlton Hotel. You can continue across El Camino Real if you would like - immediately take the first parking place that you find - you have arrived! or alternately, you can turn RIGHT on El Camino Real and a quick LEFT into Entrada Avenue. Again park in the first parking spot you find, you are there!

Colony Shopping District Blossom Festival - Saturday March 6, 2010 - and the trees in the district break into bloom, we'll enjoy the natural display, and see what beautiful spring offerings the plant nurseries have for us.
